Shipping Information
Delivery Time Most stock items ordered are shipped within 24 hours. We take inventories frequently and if we do run out of stock you will be contacted by email immediately. Special orders and non-stock pieces may take longer. If stock has to ordered it may take a few weeks longer during normal times. During holidays or before Christmas, delivery may take longer as we order direct direct from Ireland. If buying our jewellery for gifts please allow plenty of time for your orders so you don't disappoint your loved ones.
Custom orders Custom orders can usually be filled within 3-6 weeks. Please remember to allow plenty of time at Christmas or holiday periods.
Billing Information We do not deliver to a different address from your billing address. Credit card companies will not authorize any shipment to an address other than the billing address. If you want to ship to a different location, other than your billing address, please check with us first.
Returns We have strict quality control guidelines. We take every precaution to ensure that we only send 100% perfect merchandise. However if your purchase is faulty we will take back and replace any stock item within 10 days of your receipt, if it has not been worn, altered, polished or engraved. Please email us immediately if you want to return a product and we will give you a returning ticket number. If you are unsure of your ring size, please make a trip to your local jewellery store and try several sizes before purchasing on-line. If buying for someone else, try taking one of their rings to a jewellers store and find the size. If you use a piece of string to measure the finger, make sure you are correct as many people can be misguided by this. If you have worn a piece of our jewellery we cannot replace it because it cannot be resold as new jewellery. Regulations in Ireland prohibit us returning used pieces. We cannot return any piece of jewellery that was custom made for you.
